Dr. Susan Catlett is a board-certified behavior analyst, doctoral level (BCBA-D) and a licensed behavior analyst (LBA) in Houston, Texas. She started her career as a special education teacher and has been working as a consultant in the areas of autism and applied behavior analysis (ABA) for over 30 years. Dr. Catlett is in classrooms every day collaborating with teachers, students, parents, and other service providers. In addition to being a behavior analyst, Susan is certified in organizational behavior management (OBM) and teaches graduate ABA classes at the University of Houston – Victoria.
